Congratulations to our own Dr. Caroline Wellbery, MD who received the Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Award!
The Gold Foundation sponsors the annual Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Awards for a faculty member at over 85 of the nation's medical schools. This award is presented to the faculty member who best demonstrate the Foundation's ideals of outstanding compassion in the delivery of care, respect for patients, their families, and healthcare colleagues, as well as demonstrated clinical excellence. Upcoming GWIM Retreat
Our GWIM Retreat is scheduled for June 7-8. A dinner will be held on the evening of June 7, followed by the retreat on June 8 from 10 AM - 4 PM at 3300 Whitehaven St NW. Check back here for more information regarding the locations for dinner and the retreat.
